I emailed RCBC before if choosing transfer to bank was a wrong choice and should have chosen transfer to card. They replied that there is nothing wrong in choosing between the two. So, we will chose transfer to bank since the withdrawal fee for this is only 50php. Free for over 7000php above withdrawal. This is actually easy.
If you're balance is dollar and not peso convert it first to peso. Withdraw tab> Transfer to bank >Currency converter then put how much dollars you want to convert into pesos.
Back to withdraw tab>transfer to bank then fill up necessary information. (filling up information is one time only)

Paypal charges Php. 50.00 for Withdrawing | Paypal charge Php. 250.00 for Return Fee if the Bank disaproved the Withdraw.
